This hotel boasts an amazing location right on the port by the sea, with stunning views of the surrounding hills and the harbour. The friendly and professional staff speak good English and offer exceptional service, just like the receptionist who helped retrieve a forgotten item from a taxi. The basic amenities and rooms are in good condition, with an onsen that is convenient and relaxing for guests in need of downtime.
The bed might not be suitable for everyone, but all in all everything is great.

The hotel had a great location, near the morning market and many eating places. The included breakfast was satisfying and had some western options. The hotel also had a comfortable room with a good view of the water.
Although we enjoyed our stay, the hotel was a little pricey. the cleaning of the carpets could have been better.

Great stay in a lovely little town! the newer rooms were comfortable and the breakfast was fantastic - so much variety! the location was perfect and within walking distance to the local markets and museums. the view of the ocean from the room was stunning and worth the upgrade.
The rooms were a bit on the small side and the toilet was a little cramped. the reception area could get crowded at peak times, but the staff were always friendly and helpful.
